Menopause and Third Act

A couple of photos of the piece I just finished for SAQA for their "Metaphors on Aging" Call for entry.  The piece is about menopause and what does the future holds - how will I cope with Old Age? Can I see it rather as a Third Act which could be full of good challenges and not just negative ones. The piece ended up rather differently than I had imagined as I had been doing a lot of embroidered calligraphy to go on top of the drawn figures but then decided it looked too busy. I also had been going to make the background for the main menopause panel all one piece but that made it too long and didnt illustrate the step metaphor
